How does billing work?+

Your subscription covers a managed OpenClaw deployment: provisioned server capacity with OpenClaw pre-installed, plus the service layer (hosting, updates, and support as defined by your plan). Choose monthly or yearly billing; renewal happens each cycle until you cancel before the next bill date.

Do I need my own server or to install OpenClaw?+

No. We provision the infrastructure and deploy OpenClaw for you. You do not need to clone the project, run Docker, or manage the machine yourself—log in, chat, and connect integrations from Settings.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+

Yes. You can upgrade whenever you need more capacity or features. Downgrades typically take effect on your next billing cycle so you keep uninterrupted access through the current period.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept major credit and debit cards. If you need invoicing or another payment method, reach out and we will help where we can.

What's your refund policy?+

Refunds follow the terms shown at checkout and in your plan agreement. If something is not working, contact support first so we can fix it or discuss options.

How is my data handled?+

Your instance and data live on infrastructure we allocate to your subscription. We do not sell your data. For encryption, backups, retention, and regions, see our privacy and security documentation—or ask us for details your team needs.
